Oh, how funny - and creative! Love it! No snow here in northern GA yet, but they say it's on the way for Thursday night. Just a couple of inches, but that's fine. Blessings, Becky
LOVE all the great pics. This seems like a very "glass half full" message. I gotta stop complaining about the frosty snow, and get OUT and document it!!!! Er, but it is SOOO, SOOO cold here :)
'bloom' even when it feels like I'm a forced paper-white... that's me in a seasonally disfunctional climate. and sometimes in life. love the picts, and the poem/song. :)
Aloha, OK you are Funny!! really enjoyed reading through your Posts, and so I think I will drop by again soon !! From a new friend from across the Sea New Year Wishes Brandi
Shannan, oh thank-you, thank-you for the beautiful winter art. How gorgeous your snowy, country photos to this transplanted Midwesterner with only a brown Texas landscape out her window.
Oh how I dream of snowy winters! Every one I know who is not here in SA has snow...and loads of it...and they are all complaining! I LOVE SNOW! It is the middle of summer here and on Christmas day it was 89 and 100% humid....oh what I would do for some of your snow.....guess I will just have to make do with your beautiful photos! Thanks for sharing.
I try to love Winter, but I just can't. My heart belongs to my sweet Summer. I long for the day that she comes back to me. But for the meantime, I will "put up with" the one I'm with. :) Thanks for the great photos, though. They're beautiful! Have a great day. Beth.
You know what's funny, for the past 11 years I have lived in south Texas where winter lasts a totally of 2 days. This year we moved and for the first time in ELEVEN years I got to experience fall...and now winter. It is gray today, down right blaaaa out there and I am loving every minute of it. Some how my internal clock says, "that's okay, it's suposed to look like that out your kitchen window." So I eat more soup, drink more coffee and wear sweaters I haven't seen in ELEVEN years. So loving the one I'm with today!
Love your beautiful snow pictures and song/ attitude!! I searched through your blog to try and find the pretty snowflakes you used for indoor decorating, yay I did (thanks). Talk about a good price!!! I enjoyed reading your posts and looking at all the inspiring photos.
Great advice!
ReplyDeleteI'm trying! Even though I am bundled up in a robe on, on top of flannel jammies under a heavy blanket and still cold!
Cute ladder! And I love the last perspective with the tree and the birdhouse! Nifty post!
