Today we officially cross over from Spring to Summer Vacation.
From lilacs to peonies to phlox to sunflowers.
Sweet Cheeks and Jabber Jaws are back under our roof and we've got big, big plans.

I'm so thankful for the 4 days I had alone with Little Dude.

ReplyDeleteBut after that? I am drinking sweet tea, eating fruits, melons, Kool Aide, sliding with the kiddos ON the slip 'N slide and looking forward to being outside mostly ALL of the time!!! I see beaches, Diego bikes and lemonade stands in my very near future!

ReplyDeleteI like the handkerchief photo & the lilac one...so pretty! Girl you've gotta gift with 'that beast!' Those lilacs do have me perplexed at the geographical probability of it all though. My lilacs are done & gone as are the phlox, but the peonies are on my kitchen counter!!! YAYY!!!

We still have two weeks - TWO WEEKS! - before we can let loose. Freedom is so close we can all smell it and it's stirring up the crazies a little bit extra, I'll tell you what! Enjoy your sunshine and strawberries and think of me still packing lunches and carting kids to & from school. :)
